RoboCop’s “Delta” City is a subliminal reference to Delta Programming

We are in trouble, serious trouble. RoboCop (1987) exposes the ‘real world’ full spectrum deployment of trauma-based mind control (Project Monarch) across Law Enforcement agencies, utilizing Delta (killer) Programming as it’s core function.

Delta (RoboCop) Programming

DELTA is known as “killer” programming and was originally developed for training special agents or elite soldiers (i.e. Delta Force, First Earth Battalion, Mossad, etc.) in covert operations. Optimal adrenal output and controlled aggression is evident. Subjects are devoid of fear and very systematic in carrying out their assignment. Self-destruct or suicide instructions are layered in at this level.

The U.S. Military & Delta Programming

The fundamental purpose of a soldier is to kill and Delta Programming perfectly fulfills this directive. A 2009 U.S. Army report indicates military veterans have double the suicide rate of non-veterans, and more active-duty soldiers are dying from suicide than in combat in the Iraq War (2003-2011) and War in Afghanistan (2001–present). (Source)  The high levels of suicide within the U.S. Military possibly indicates the widespread deployment of Delta Programming. The government eventually saves millions or possibly billions of dollars by the suicides of these soldiers/returning veterans, who clearly consider these men and women to be nothing more than “dumb, stupid animals to be used as pawns for foreign policy”. The above edited screenshot taken from RoboCop depicts five front-line police officers rushing to look at the newly unveiled RoboCop inside the precinct. Symbolically, the metal cage (that RoboCop is housed within) is positioned in front of the officers. This scene and single shot symbolizes the caged mind of a Monarch Slave (Police Officer), Monarch Butterflies emphasize the symbolism and reinforce the significance of this scene.

The second screenshot depicts events later in the film where RoboCop is patrolling the city and saves a woman from being raped. During this sequence a billboard is prominently displayed in the background with the title “Delta City: The Future Has A Silver Lining”, this title is a direct (occulted) reference to ‘Delta Programming’, which is Project Monarch’s killer/assassin programming. The subtitle of “The Future Has A Silver Lining” is a reference to RoboCop’s silver robotic/cyborg suit who stands prominently in the foreground.

We can see that 1987’s “future” as openly stated in this film has come into full fruition. Today’s America has become “Delta CIty” a totalitarian police state where Police murder and brutalize the public on a daily basis. RoboCops (Police) happily taser the elderly, pepper spray and baton non-violent protesters and at every opportunity display overt hostility to the very people they are indeed meant to protect. Based off statistics between June 2001 and June 2007, there were at least 245 cases of deaths of subjects soon after having been shocked using Tasers. (Source) and these are only deaths relating to Tasers, the death rates by firearm would be in far higher numbers, especially with American Police, as these programmed assassins maintain itchy “trigger-fingers”.

On June 8, 2011, a horrendous murder by the Police in the USA is a clear example of Delta Programming; where an unarmed man is shot 11 times at close range, eventually handcuffed and left to die on the front lawn of his home as his wife watches in horror.

This video sadly and rather horrifically demonstrates Delta Programming and illustrates the real world dangers everyone faces by Police. Please see the Occupy Wall Street image at the bottom of this post for contemporary (non-lethal) examples of real world Law Enforcement displaying signs of Monarch Programming.

RoboCop (1987) really needs to be revisited and looked at with knowledge of Project Monarch. All subliminal symbolism has been highlighted on the RoboCop page, so please take the time to review the material and attempt to gain some form of ‘symbol literacy’ with reference to Project Monarch. Re-watch the film and you will be shocked and horrified at the true themes of the film (take note of how many times characters are smashed through glass windows or glass is shattered… occult symbolism).

Smashing through glass symbolizes the shattering of the victim’s mind through trauma to create programmable alter personas.

To any Enforcement Officers/Agencies who “stumble” across this information, there is a high probability that you may very well be an unwitting victim of the same trauma-based mind control depicted in this film and not even know it. How is this possible you might ask? well, internal security measures such as amnesiac barriers are put in place to ensure the original persona has no clue the procedure has taken place. This is a perfect method of perpetrating a horrific crime and covering it up so no one except the programmer knows it has occurred.

Monarch Programming Detection (Lazy-Eye)

One method for the detection of Trauma-Based Mind Control is a physical sign left behind by the procedure (electroshock torture):

One eye lid will be slightly droopier than the other.

Take a very careful examination of your eyelids in a mirror and perhaps even compare your current eye lids to that of any older photos prior to joining your agency. This is not a 100% definitive test, but photographic evidence from MOST Hollywood stars indicate that they have one eyelid subtlety droopier than the other and it can not be a coincidence that hundreds of Hollywood stars all have droopy eyelids. All Enforcement Officers should take the time to inspect their own eyes for signs of Monarch Programming, especially if you are a higher ranking member of one of these agencies. Should you discover you have one eyelid droopier than the other, this information provides you with the motivation to make a choice of continuing to work in your designated field as a mind-controlled slave, or turning your back and walking away to find something to do which actually benefits mankind.

In Conclusion

Everybody (and that means you, dear reader) is in serious danger while Delta Programming is being deployed systematically across these various agencies. The global escalation of brutal violence and murders committed by police on a daily basis very much confirms the findings presented in this post and subsequent pages. For those who do not believe such things are occurring, remember that the original RoboCop is 25 years old and this has been taking place well before Hollywood got their hands on the concept. The original Manchurian Candidate novel which deals with the same themes was published in 1959.

Keep this in mind, the tagline for the teaser poster of the RoboCop (2014) remake states…

The “control” referred to in this tagline is ‘Trauma-Based (Hard) Mind Control‘ systematically deployed across ALL real world Law Enforcement Agencies

 

For the future of humanity, get the word out about this information. We are now living in a world where the so called ‘protectors’ are now robotic ‘oppressors’ who have been militarized and programmed via Project Monarch as deadly assassins.  The truth quite simply is that these mind controlled slaves will at any time, murder anyone, of any age, anywhere, without any sense of remorse or empathy… quite simply a psychopathic robot, a RoboCop.

‘INTO THE FIRE’ (2011): REAL-WORLD ROBOCOP

A must-see documentary by ‘Press For Truth‘ covering the 2010 G20 Summit in Toronto where world leaders and activists from around the world gathered and over 19,000 police officers and security personnel were on hand. The results lead to over 1,100 arrests, martial law in downtown Toronto, and the most massive violation of civil liberties in Canadian history.

The disgraceful behavior of the Police within this documentary demonstrates the militarized, Delta Programmed and viciously robotic state these individuals maintain while triggered in their Delta Alter.

Ultimately we cannot hate these ‘willing victims’ of trauma-based mind control, their minds have been shattered and they are in desperate need of psychological healing. Perhaps instead we need to direct our gaze to those groups who are perpetuating these crimes against humanity and holding them accountable for their actions. Only then can we focus our energies towards ending this ‘psychological genocide’ and healing our planet.

2014 UPDATE / WAKE UP CALL

It has been nearly one and a half years since this original post was made (Nov 2012), and the escalation of real-world murders committed by U.S. Police is almost unbelievable. Almost daily their are reports of another innocent U.S. citizen either assaulted, tasered or murdered in cold blood by the police.
